Brazil has just reelected Dilma Rousseff after a close fight with Arecio Neves who was closely associated with Jacob Rothschild’s “fourth son” Mario Garnero . It seemed as if the Rothschildian  forces in South America were on the retreat

But just a week or so ago Rousseff seems to have made a deal with Rothschildian forces when she appointed a Chicago educated Jewish economist Joaquim Levy  as Brazils Finance Minister  He replaces ANOTHER JEW Guido Mantega who has been holding the Finance Ministers post since 2006 ie for 8 years

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Levy holds a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago (1992), a Master’s in economics from FGV (1987) and is graduated from the  Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

He was a Professor of Economics at FGV in the 1990s, before joining the IMF, where he worked from 1992 to 1999.Between 1999 and 2000, he was a visiting economist at the European Central Bank, having worked in the division of Capital Markets and Monetary Strategy.From 2010 to November 2014, Mr Levy was the President of Bradesco Asset Management, an asset arm of the Brazilian giant financial conglomerate Bradesco, with more than US$130 billion under management

Ms Rousseff also announced that former Treasury secretary Nelson Barbosa would take over as planning minister from Miriam Belchior, overseeing the country’s major infrastructure projects, and central bank head Alexandre Tombini would continue in his job.

Brazil has been a haven for the fine business of Carry Trade Basically it involves buying or borrowing currencies with low interest rates like say the Yen or the Dollar and “investing” this money in bonds of countries with High Interest rates like Brazil  (both of which have interest rates above 8  percent) India too wld be a great candidate for such shysterisms but unfortunately for the Chosen Traders India’s Government has consistently practiced some form of capital control or the other

With Lula (a not too educated Politician ) and then Rousseff as cover the Jewish Finance Minister Mantega kept the Carry Trade going Now the job falls on Levy

In Argentina the supposedly anti Zionist Christina Kirchner who makes a lot of anti Israeli noise went ahead and chose another Jew Axel Kicillof  who has “Marxist” leanings  Not too surprising when you look at Marx’s background

He replaced Hernán Lorenzino as the Economy(Finance) Minister in November 2013 Lorenzino who isnt Jewish was managed the second phase of the Argentine debt restructuring in this capacity; its first phase had been initiated in 2005 by Economy Minister Roberto Lavagna. The second phase, involving the renegotiation of US$18 billion in bonds retained by holdouts from the 2005 exchange, and the proportion of bonds rescued from default thus rose to over 92%. Just 7 % of seedy greedy bondholders held out lead by the Jew Paul Singer ‘s hedge fund  Elliott Management Corporation In other words while 93 percent had taken a 70 pervent haircut Paul Singer who had bought his bonds at a steep discount wanted to be paid full value

Little Marxist Kicillof went to New York and put on a good show He met his fellow Jew Singer and refused to take thier terms They seem to be waiting for the expiration of Rights Upon Future Offers (RUFO) in December 2014 which will preclude other bondholders from suing for better terms should the Argentine Government and the Holdout funds settle, making such a settlement all the more likely after Dec 2014 .
